Pattern Giveaway!

I have a fun giveaway for you guys today!

I recently met Caroline, from One Little Kiwi. She recently started selling her PDF pattern for her Beautiful Bonnet.

Isn't it adorable?! Caroline describes her bonnet as "reminiscent of days long gone yet still totally chic, modern and functional." I couldn't describe it better! Her pattern is easy to read and perfect for those new to sewing. She also supplies a shorter version of the instructions for those that have more experience!

The best part is that this bonnet can be made in about an hour! I love quick adorable projects!

Caroline also makes cloth diapers. If you cloth diaper your babies and love diapers with really cute prints, you will love hers!

Caroline is generously giving away one of her bonnet patterns to 3 different winners! :)
Go on, check out One Little Kiwi and read more about her bonnet pattern. Leave a comment telling us who you would sew up this bonnet for. I don't think I mentioned, but this pattern comes in sizes all the way from preemie to adult!

Giveaway closes August 28th 7pm PST. One comment per person please! Make sure you leave a way for me to contact you!

You have the rest of today to add your Lil Blue Boo hoodies to the Sew-a-long Flickr Group! I'll be announcing my favorite later today. :)

  2. I would make it up for my daughter. She loves bonnets. We went to a pioneer village one day and I purchased her a bonnet there (altho I should have just made one) She doesn't like to take it off. She would where them all the time.

  13. I have been reading your blog and making a list of projects! I am a little intimidated by some of them because I just started sewing a year ago and have made just a few pillowcase dresses, curtains, etc. - the easy stuff. I would love to make this for my little Miss. I think I could do it!

  31. Love those little bonnets! I have a friend who's a fabricophile and is about to have a little girl-- I'm sure that little lady would get the first one. But my daughter is in the first grade and will have a "Colonial Days" celebration at her school. She just got her own sewing machine, and I think that's a project she could do on her own! Thanks for teh giveaway!

  32. I always sewed bonnets for my eldest when she was a little girl. I love the vintage look of them. Her little sister, now 2, hasn't had a single bonnet yet so she'd be the recipient!

  45. This is exactly the type of bonnet I have been searching for!! My youngest granddolly has been using her sister's old bonnet that I made for her, but I was never really satisfied with the pattern and/or fit. (My granddollies have very small heads for some reason!!) This bonnet looks perfect!!
